A.M, Sverige Jag hade länge funderat över fettsugning på flera delar av kroppen då jag hat testat olika metoder för att bli av med envisa fettdepåer. Jag letade intensivt information via nätet och hittade www.plasticsurgery-turkey.com hemsidan. Jag blev först glad över att hemsidan var på svenska och tittade på de olika operationerna som de erbjöd. När jag väl såg priserna blev operationen intressant. Jag skickade mail till Robert för mer info och fick snabbt tillbaka ett telefonsamtal. Efter vidare kontakter bestämde jag även att göra en bukplastik och armplastik, då jag även har lös hud på de områdena. Jag fick ett bra kombinationspris och bestämde mig för att åka med hela familjen till Turkiet för att utföra operationen. Robert tog hand om allt med hotell, transfer etc.. vi blev bokade på ett All inclusive 5 stjärningt hotell vilket var bra eftersom jag åkte med familjen. Det enda jag behövde göra var att boka resan till Turkiet. Det som gjorde mig extra Glad var att bli bemött av Lorna vid flygplasten som tog oss till hotellet och innan Operationen blev jag hämtad av Heather som var en stödperson åt mig innan och efter operationen, det kändes tryggt att ha henne i närheten, hon informerade min man hela tiden om min situation på sjukhuset och det kändes mycket tryggt, eftersom han var med barnen. Jag vill säga att jag tycker att jag gjorde ett bra val att göra min operation hos Dr Özerdem och Dr Gökhan, sjukhuset var stort och mycket bra med mycket bra sjuksköterskor och personal. Operationen och återbesöken gick mycket bra. Ett Stort tack Till Robert, Lorna , Heather, Dr Özerdem, Dr Gökhan och alla sjuksköterskor på Medical Park sjukhus i Antalya. J.J. Jag var väldigt nervös när jag och min pojkvän åkte ner till turkiet. Jag hade ju hur många funderingar som helst om allting. Jag är en väldigt nervös tjej så jag tänkte hela tiden saker liknande: Tänk om dom har glömt av mig? Tänk om vi inte har någonstans att bo? med mera. När jag och min pojkvän anlände till antalya så stod det en man där med en skylt i mitt namn, jag blev verkligen lättad eftersom jag då visste att jag inte var bortglömd. Vi fick åka en väldigt lyxig bil till sjukhuset! Såg ut som en limousine inuti! När vi kom till sjukhuset så fick vi vårat rum och sedan gick vi mest och kollade runt lite. Dom som jobbade på sjukhuset var alla väldigt trevliga och dom förstod att jag var nervös. Så vi blev väl omhändertagna, verkligen. Operationen gick bra! Givetvis kändes det annorlunda när jag vaknade upp. Brösten var ju större och dom vägde mer! Jag sov rätt så mycket i början eftersom det gjorde ont att röra sig men min pojkvän fanns ju där hela tiden så när jag behövde hjälp med något så hjälpte han till. Vi sov på hotell dom sista nätterna, det var ett jätte fint hotell med god mat. Jag var hos läkaren två gånger för att se så att allt hade gått bra. Första gången tog dom bort bandaget och gav mig en sport bh som var väldigt bekväm. Vid andra besöket kollade dom bara så att det såg bra ut och så. Även på hans klinik så var mottagandet väldigt gästvänligt. Det gör ont att bli opererad, men det går över. Nu har det gått lite mer än en månad för mig och jag har knappt ont alls längre. Jag är fruktansvärt nöjd med resultatet. Det bästa av allt var att tillsammans med doktorn så gick jag igenom vilken storlek som hade passat mig bäst och som såg naturligast ut, och nu ser mina bröst jätte bra ut och dom är nästan lika mjuka som vanligt, fast mer fasta! Jag har aldrig varit såhär nöjd innan så är det så att man verkligen vill operera brösten så tycker jag att man skall göra det! Z.C. Det är nu lite över två månader sedan jag kom hem från en väldigt speciell resa för mig. I våras bestämde jag mig för att plastikoperera näsan och letade intensivt information om detta. Efter en del samtal och kontakt med olika aktörer valde jag att genomföra min operation hos Dr Özerdem. Det var viktigt för mig att känna mig trygg och det fick både agenten Robert och Dr Özerdem mig känna. Jag valde att resa ner ensam och var lite orolig för det men det var inte något problem. Sjuksköterskorna var inne och tog tester var fjärde timme och det fick mig direkt att känna trygghet för det var så professionellt. Jag kände mig mig både välkommen och trygg under hela vistelsen och är mycket glad för att jag valde att operera mig hos Dr Özerdem!!! Jag vill tacka hela teamet för ett jättebra genomförande! K.G. Aldrig trodde jag att jag skulle våga mig utomlands för en operation. Jag litade inte på att åka utanför gränserna och tänkte att man hemma i Sverige har koll på sina rättigheter och garantier. Men jag åkte och det gjorde jag för att jag fick en väldigt bra känsla när jag pratade med företagets agent i Sverige. Han var noga själv med att alla mina frågor och dess svar ska vara skriftliga. Han bad läkaren kontakta mig för detaljerad information osv. Jag är den jobbigaste kund ni kan tänka er och om jag blev nöjd så är det för att det var riktigt bra. Jag fick förklarat för mig vilken period eller datum jag skulle kunna åka ner och sedan var det bara att beställa flyg. På flyplatsen kom sjukhusets egen bil för att hämta mig och när jag kom fram till sjukhuset var det jätte bra service från personalen och sjukhuset var otroligt fint. Jag skäms för de fördomar jag hade innan man fick uppleva vården i Turkiet. Läkaren kom samma dag och pratade med mig och jag visade vad som jag ville få bort, han ritade på mig och sedan var det bara att operera. Efter operationen var det otroligt bra service från sjuksköterskorna, de kom varannan timme för att kolla olika värden och bytta bort blodigt bandage. Hygienen var otrolig prioriterad då de bytte lakan fler gånger per dag de första dagarna och sedan minst en gång per dag. Läkaren hälsade på nästan varje dag för att se om läkningen gick bra, han kunde såklart bra engelska. Tyvärr kunde inte alla sjuksköterskor engelska men det gick jätte bra att kommunicera ändå då de var tålmodiga och lyssnande och var behov av kommunikation stort så kallade de dit någon som kunde engelska. Jag rekommenderar Turkiet starkt och känner för min del att jag hittat min skönhetsanläggning och dit kommer jag minsann åka fler gånger. Take care xxx. C + S - England - Infertility Treatment Before flying to Istanbul, we were full of anxiety and wondered if we were wise in travelling for this treatment. We needn’t have worried at all. We had full contact by telephone and e-mail; we were met at the airport as promised and received a phone call from you while being taken to our hotel. An appointment was arranged and we were extremely surprised at how friendly and relaxed everyone was at your clinic. I immediately felt comfortable with Dr Teksen Camlibel and have complete faith in both him and his team. Ugur Camlibel has been an excellent support for us both too. Joanne Baum - UK - Cosmetic Surgery Ms Joanne Baum, aged 43, from Luton went to Turkey for cosmetic surgery and paid a third of the price that she would have paid in the UK. She heard about cosmetic surgeon, Nazim Cerkes, via a Turkish friend and when she wanted to have some surgery herself she looked him up on the internet. She had a mid face lift (including cheek implants), classic face and neck lift, as well as top eye lift and a nose reconstruction. She wasn’t going to have the nose done but the surgeon informed her that her previous nose job which she had done 25 years ago had disintegrated and they needed to take some cartilage from her ear in order to redo this. Altogether the surgery cost £6,000, and she paid a further £600 for flights and accommodation, staying one week in Turkey incorporating three nights in the Hospital (where en-suite rooms are like luxury hotel mini suites with plasma TVs, fridge, room service and lounge areas) In the UK, the same amount of surgery would have cost at least 18,000 so Ms Baum saved a great deal. She said: “I felt I was in very capable hands, I have had cosmetic surgery in the UK and in other countries but I found the service and competencies of the staff in Turkey superior, and I’m very happy with the results. Sometimes the doctor was a bit rushed but when we asked questions he would take time to answer them fully and we appreciated that. Fay Hampshire - UK - Cosmetic Surgery Mrs Fay combined a holiday in Istanbul with cosmetic surgery at a quarter of the price she had been quoted in the UK. The estimate she had been given in London for an eye lid lift and a breast lift was £2,000, but in Turkey, the two operations including flights and hotel accommodation cost £1500. “After my surgery I could have gone back to my hotel the same day but the operation finished quite late so the professional Team let me stay overnight, free of charge, and I left the next morning.
